If you are looking for a good movie to download choose one from our list.
Borderline - Odd thriller comedy in which L.A. cop Trevor tries to accumulate proof contrary to cunning drug smuggler Burr when mixing with hard gentleman MacMurray in Mexico. Starts out promisingly, although eventually slows down in silliness. Burr makes a lucid scoundrel. The cast includes Fred MacMurray, Claire Trevor, Raymond Burr, Jose Torvay, Morris Ankrum, and Roy Roberts. (88 minutes, 1950)
Lunatics and Lovers - Aristocrat Mastroianni has a fictional spouse; an organ grinder persuades prostitute Mori to "impersonate" her. While it's not stupid, it's monotonous. Cast includes Marcello Mastroianni, Claudia Mori, Lino Morelli, Flora Carabella, and Adriano Celentano. (93 minutes, 1976)
Holiday - First version of Philip Barry's play in reference to non-conformity is a pleasant movie. Johnny Case finds himself betrothed to a millionaire's daughter and he must choose between a profession in big business or living life as a holiday. 1938 version includes Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant among others. (95 minutes, 1938)
Adam's Apples - This movie is a odd sinister comedy about two very different men who have a battle of wills. It is a recently developed religious zealot versus a hard core neo-Nazi criminal. The battle of good versus evil is on. The main stars are Ulrich Thomsen, Mads Mikkelsen, Nicolas Brom, and Paprika Steen. (German-Danish-comedy directed by Anders Thomas Jensen)
The Search - Touching drama of American cadet Clift regarding for concentration camp survivor Jandl in postwar Berlin, when the lad's mommy glumly searches all over the camps for him. Beautifully performed and directed. Cast includes Montgomery Clift, Ivan Jandl, Aline MacMahon, Jarmila Novotna, and Wendell Corey. (105 minutes, 1948)
The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe - This is a humorous re-creation of Lily Tomlin's 1985 one female Broadway show. Her characterizations run the gamut from box woman to juvenile delinquent to New Age Lady, with much of the material in a feminist vein. The show stars Lily Tomlin obviously. (120 minutes, 1991)
Addicted to Love - This movie is a gloomy comedy where we observe an ex-boyfriend, and an ex-girlfriend spying on their previous partners. They find themselves teamed together, with the young lady planning acts of retribution for her former significant other. Meg Ryan, Matthew Broderick, Kelly Preston, and Tcheky Karyo star.
